The center of cocktail hour is a bountiful table with an arrangement of assorted meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, grilled vegetables, seasonal salads, an assortment of dips, artisanal crackers & breads. Couples can customize their cocktail hour by selecting four stations. 

Philadelphia Cheesesteak Station – Sliced ribeye with melted cheese and classic toppings.

 

Pasta Station – Orecchiette with sausage and roasted peppers, Butternut Squash Ravioli, or Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe served in a cheese wheel. 

 

Pizza Station – Crowd-pleasing favorites like Margherita, Pepperoni, White Pie with Spinach, BBQ Chicken, and Sausage & Peppers. 

 

Carving Station – Options like Grilled Skirt Steak with Chimichurri or Rosemary Leg of Lamb. Featuring a new upgrade of Tomahawk Steak.

All booked couples are invited to our annual kick-off party to taste a curated sample of dishes as we kick off the upcoming wedding season.
