Yes. In the case of inclement weather, your ceremony will take place inside The Farmhouse, facing our beautiful floor-to-ceiling window. The Farmhouse will be seamlessly transformed into your reception during Cocktail Hour.

IS THERE A PLAN FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER?

Your venue coordinator (different from a wedding planner) will guide you through menu selection, table layout, and all of your special requests/details. We handle the day of timeline, making sure our staff and your food service run smoothly, and will coordinate with your vendors on the day to ensure the most perfect day possible.

WHAT IS MY COORDINATOR RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Our farmhouse reception space is wheelchair accessible. Our ceremony space is on grass, but is also easily navigable for wheelchair access.

IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

We are dog-friendly, and your dog is welcome to be part of your photos and outdoor ceremony, but arrangements must be made for them to be taken home prior to cocktail hour.

IS THE VENUE DOG FRIENDLY?

Crossed Keys Estate has been delivering custom-catered food for 30+ years, and we do not allow outside caterers. If you're planning a Kosher or cultural wedding, please let us know, and we'd be happy to discuss alternative catering options.

MAY I USE ANY CATERER?

We provide floral and event decor through our sister company, Crossed Keys Designs.

You will see our floral & decor designs in every Crossed Keys Wedding photo, and may view a gallery of recent designs here.

MAY I USE ANY FLORIST?

Yes, we provide a list of recommended vendors when you book our venue. All of our recommended vendors have worked at the Estate for many years. While they are highly recommended, they are not required and you may use the vendors of your choice.

Crossed Keys Inn is located just 1.5 miles down the road, features 11 guest rooms. There are also several hotels in the surrounding area.

WHERE ARE THE CLOSEST ACCOMMODATIONS FOR our GUESTS?

Yes! We have two separate spaces, The Playhouse and The Pequest Parlor, ideal for your wedding parties to get ready in.

DOES THE VENUE HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR OUR WEDDING PARTIES TO GET READY IN?

We do offer options of extended reception time or a casual after party. Weddings held at Crossed Keys Estate have a required end time of 12 midnight.

ARE THERE AFTER PARTY OPTIONS? WHAT IS THE REQUIRED END TIME FOR MY EVENT?

To secure your wedding date, we require a signed contract and deposit. You can contact us anytime to schedule a tour and get the planning process started.

HOW DO I SECURE MY PREFERRED WEDDING DATE?

Our wedding venue can easily host up to 275 guests. We would be honored to help you host your friends and family on this milestone occasion.

HOW MANY WEDDING GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?

Crossed Keys Estate is honored to host indoor, farmhouse weddings all year long. Our estate is available for weddings Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
