October 5th was a picture-perfect autumn day—crisp air, golden sunlight filtering through the trees, and a wedding that embodied timeless elegance. As the first tints of fall adorned the New Jersey landscape, Crossed Keys Estate provided the enchanting backdrop for Kaite and John’s cinematic celebration, beautifully captured by Magda & Simon Photography.
A Regal Bridal Look
The day began in the estate’s private suites, where Prosecco flowed as the final details fell into place. Kaite in the Sareh Nouri Blue Moon Gown, featuring a sculpted bodice and an ethereal overskirt that she later transformed into a soft blue bow for the reception. Her cathedral-length lace-edged veil, perfectly complementing her sleek bun. John, dressed in a tailored tux with a navy suit jacket, his boutonnière a nod to Kaite’s favorite flower—lily of the valley, which matched her silk-wrapped bouquet.
A Ceremony Fit for Royalty
Set in the English Garden, the ceremony featured towering custom floral arbors and a aisle lined of delphinium sourced from Holland and South American, enveloping the couple in a sea of soft white blooms. A restored vintage carriage, made its way down the aisle, led by Kaite’s twin sister and niece.
Adding to the artistry of the moment, Mo Myra Illustrations captured the newlywed couple walking up the aisle on canvas, painting live throughout the night to create a one-of-a-kind keepsake.
Something Blue & Seamless Transitions
Cocktail hour flowed seamlessly from the garden to the glass conservatory, where Kaite revealed her oversized blue bow train—a modern take on the something blue tradition. Guests sipped signature cocktails and indulged in gourmet hors d’oeuvres while taking in the views from the indoor-outdoor space.

A Reception That Defied Gravity
Stepping into the reception, the air was filled with the scent of fresh florals, with the space transformed with towering tree-like centerpieces of bay laurel, myrtle, Italian ruscus, white delphinium, orchids, and stock. Suspended candles cast a warm, romantic glow throughout the evening. A gravity-defying floral installation, by Crossed Keys Designs suspended above the sweetheart table. Hundreds of candles illuminated the reception, including the estate’s soaring 45-foot windows.

Sweet Details & Memories
Honoring her parents’ Pittsburgh roots, they included a beloved hometown tradition—a Pittsburgh Cookie Table filled with homemade treats from family members. Adding to the sweetness of the evening, their towering tiered cake, adorned with edible floral details, was a masterpiece by My Daughter’s Cakes—a confection almost too beautiful to cut.
A Dream Wedding
Beyond its beauty, creating Kaite & John’s wedding was a rewarding experience. Their heartfelt words speak to the level of care, detail, and passion poured into every moment:
“There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude to their entire team for all of their hard work to make our visions and dreams come to life. We had visions of big branching centerpieces with florals tucked in that Jess and her team absolutely delivered on… It was truly the wedding of our dreams.” – Kaite
