This Springtime garden wedding will have you dreaming of warm weather, dainty florals, and endless romance. Nicolette and Rob’s May wedding was filled with love and laughter as they moved through the adorned Estate.
GETTING READY AT THE ESTATE
Nicolette and her bridal party arrived at the Playhouse to get ready. Nicolette wore the prettiest white lace attire. Her bridesmaids complimented her bridal white with cream, satin pajamas that made for the sweetest getting-ready photos. Meanwhile, Rob and his groomsmen got dressed up at the Pequest Parlor. They shared a drink as they strolled the grounds while Rob waited for his Bride. Nicolette and Rob had their First look at the famous tree-lined walkway. After their sweet moment together, their photographer, Courtney Simpson Photography, led them right into portraits around the grounds as their wedding party looked on.
GARDEN CEREMONY
Crossed Keys Designs beautifully set the garden for the ceremony with Spring colors like orange, yellow, purple, blue, and white florals. The arbor had a hippie feel as the florals were styled more naturally. The same color palette was reflected in the Bride’s bouquet, with cascading greenery—the bridesmaids’ bouquets were made to match with unique white pieces to tie into their dresses. Aisles of white chairs were marked with lush floral arrangements as the Bride made her way down the aisle. A beautiful ceremony was held and ended with a joyous kiss and cheers as the couple made their way down the aisle as newlyweds!
COCKTAIL HOUR + RECEPTION
Guests gathered in cocktail hour for delicious bites as drinks were poured! In place of escort cards, the couple had gorgeous gold mirrors and floating candles with guests’ names and tables displayed. Heading into the reception area, the farmhouse was transformed into a boho fairy dream! Farmhouse tables lined the center of the room with incredibly structured centerpieces of greenery. Flowers hung next to glass spheres that held white candles inside the centerpieces. Surrounding the farmhouse tables were our classic oval tables that shared a variety of floral arrangements, Spanish moss, and the most unique glass candelabras.
Nicolette and Rob joyfully entered the reception space to the cheers of their guests. They shared an extra memorable first dance as Nicolette sang “Simply the Best” for her groom as they danced together. A delicious dinner, cake, and a super fun dance floor completed this very memorable day. Our team is still over the moon for this couple, the details, and the love that was felt throughout their wedding celebration!
